ABOUT OUR CAKES/ CAKE ORDER
QWhy do silver members or above can get 10% online whole cake orders but not for walk-in cake purchase?+
Our cakes, in particular the Watermelon Strawberry Cake, are very popular. It is difficult to guarantee sufficient supply for walk-in customers.
We hope that customers can purchase the sizes and flavours they want, hence we recommend them to do online pre-orders. The online system is a hassle-free platform for customers and by offering 10% off, we are encouraging members to do their purchase this way.
QBad weather special delivery arrangement+
The company will cancel the delivery service depending on the actual weather conditions under bad weather*, and the cake will be delivered to the nearest store for customers to pick up safely. Our shops may be temporarily closed, the cake pickup service will be suspended, and we will resume business as soon as weather conditions permit. Customers can pick up cakes on the same day or the next day after the store reopens.
