Some of our pastries and dishes are Australian-inspired. However, we are a local brand with cakes produced locally in our Hong Kong workshop.

LIFETASTIC is a combined word of LIFE and FANTASTIC, meaning LIFE is fanTASTIC!
QWhat is LIFETASTIC’s specialty?+
At LIFETASTIC, we offer quality almond-based gluten-free layer cakes. While Watermelon Strawberry Cake is our brand’s signature, many other layer cakes we offer are sharing its popularity.
QIs LIFETASTIC and LIFETASTIC Patisserie the same?+
LIFETASTIC Patisserie is a subsidiary line of LIFETASTIC specialising in the pastry side of the brand. LIFETASTIC Patisserie can be found at Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway Bay and Central. While Causeway Bay and Central mainly offer layer cakes for takeaway, Tsim Sha Tsui is more towards a high end cake & drink experience.

QDo you have a minimum charge for dining-in at your restaurants?+
Yes, we do. LIFETASTIC (Causeway Bay Hysan Place) has a minimum charge of HK$100 and LIFETASTIC Patisserie (Tsim Sha Tsui) has a minimum charge of HK$80 per person. If you are using any promotional offers/ discount cards, please refer to the respective Terms & Conditions specified.
ABOUT OUR CAKES/ CAKE ORDER
QWhy do silver members or above can get 10% online whole cake orders but not for walk-in cake purchase?+
Our cakes, in particular the Watermelon Strawberry Cake, are very popular. It is difficult to guarantee sufficient supply for walk-in customers.
We hope that customers can purchase the sizes and flavours they want, hence we recommend them to do online pre-orders. The online system is a hassle-free platform for customers and by offering 10% off, we are encouraging members to do their purchase this way.
QHow do I order online?+
Simply visit Cake Order page on www.lifetastichk.com, add the cake(s) you want to the shopping cart and complete the online ordering procedure. Please note that PayMe and credit card payment are accepted.
QHow many days in advance do I have to place my cake order?+
For pick-up orders, please allow at least 2 days in advance for placing the order.
QWhy can’t I select the date I want for picking up my cake order/ delivery?+
Please check that the day you select is at least 2 days after the order date. If this answer does not help, please WhatsApp or call 3611 9766 (Mon-Sun 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm) or call any of our outlets for assistance.
QDo you offer delivery service? How much does it cost?+
Complimentary delivery service for a single location is provided upon HK$400 purchase. For orders below HK$400, delivery service can be arranged at an additional cost depending on the delivery location.
Delivery to outlying islands or remote areas is not available or subject to additional charges.

Please be aware that delivery service can only be arranged if orders are made at least 3 days in advance. Delivery service is in certain time slots, specific delivery time is not allowed, i.e., from 10am to 2pm, 2pm to 6pm, 6pm to 9pm.
QWill there be chocolate greeting plaque available for my cake order?+
One complimentary chocolate plaque will be provided for each ordered whole cake.
QIs there a word limit for each chcocolate plaque?+
For whole cake orders, one free chocolate message plaque is available with a word limit of 8 characters in Chinese or 40 characters in English (spacing and punctuations included).
No Emoji or coarse language is accepted. Any input of emoji or coarse language will be deleted without prior notice.
QWhere can I pick up my cake orders?+
You may pick up your cake orders at any of our outlets. You may select the desired pick-up location as you place your order online. For location details, please see the Find Us section.
QDo you offer any whole cakes at your outlets for walk-in purchase?+
We do have limited amount of small-sized & Medium-sized Watermelon Strawberry Whole Cakes for walk-in purchase at Causeway Bay Hysan Place, Tsim Sha Tsui The ONE, Causeway Bay Fashion Walk and Central outlets daily. Please call the respective outlet for availability on the day. For other flavours or sizes, only pre-orders are available.
QI don’t have a credit card, can I use another payment method?+
We accept PayMe and credit card payment for online orders. If these are not the options for you, you may visit our outlets and do cash/other electronic payment for your order.
QI would like to make changes to my order. What can I do?+
Changes to orders can only be arranged ONCE with WhatsApp (+852 3611 9766) or email (email@example.com) notice received at least 3 working days in advance (Cut-off time at 6pm). NO changes can be made after the cut-off time. For second time changes, a HK$50 administration fee will be charged upon cake pick-up. Should you need any assistance, please WhatsApp/ call 3611 9766 (Mon-Sun 9am-6pm). If outside office hours, please contact any of our stores.
QCan I cancel my order?+
We regret that no cancellation or refund can be arranged upon order confirmation.
QCan I consume my pre-ordered cake in-store?+
Should customer wish to dine-in pre-ordered cakes at the stores, please note that there will be an additional charge or extra minimum spending requirements.
For LIFETASTIC Patisserie (Tsim Sha Tsui The ONE): There will be a 10% service charge on the pre-ordered cakes during Monday to Thursday; for Friday to Sunday and Public Holidays, a minimum charge of HKD80 per person excluding the pre-ordered cakes value is required.
For LIFETASTIC (Causeway Bay Hysan Place): There will be a 10% service charge on the pre-ordered cakes. Customer must make a dine-in reservation in advance and a minimum charge of HKD100 per person excluding the pre-ordered cakes value is required.
QWhy do same portion whole cakes cost more than combined sliced cakes?+
Every pre-ordered cake/ whole cake we offered in store are individually crafted for the special occasions that you might be celebrating. You may find them costing a bit more than slices combined and that’s because they represent heartfelt efforts from our pastry chefs to make your celebration a memorable one. All whole cakes will come with a complimentary chocolate message plaque and a candle, not to mention the tailor-made Watermelon Strawberry Cake Box that’s going to be a spotlight of the party!

QHow can I become a LIFETASTIC “Delicake” member?+

QHow do I claim my membership discount when I order cake online?+
You will be asked to fill in your registered member details on the cake order page. If the information is correct, membership discount will be given automatically as you update the shopping cart. Please check the cart value carefully before checking out. No cancellation or refund upon order confirmation. Should there be any difficulty, please contact 3611 9766 (Mon-Sun 9am-6pm) or any of our stores prior to check out.
QI’ve received a coupon code. Can I use the coupon code discount on top of my membership discount?+
Only one discount can be redeemed for each cake order. If you have entered a coupon code, the system will automatically reject your membership discount. If you prefer to use your membership discount instead of the coupon code discount, please leave the coupon code column blank.
QDo you offer any vegan cakes?+
We are sorry, at the moment we do not offer any vegan options. However, we are definitely working on developing cakes that would fit different dietary requirements in the future.
QAre there any vegetarian choices on the menu?+
Yes, we do have a few vegetarian choices on our Hysan Place restaurant A La Carte menu. They are indicated by a vegetarian symbol next to them. Check out our menu page now.
